And if you are that unique couple that is looking for a celebration that is far from ordinary, then you may find yourselves considering an outdoor Washington wedding location that is personal, picturesque, cozy, remote and with beautiful festival tents.

Adeline Farms - Woodland, WA

The fabulous 100 year old farm is a dream. The magic of the big red barn and majestic 300 year old oak tree are just two of the breathtaking elements at Adeline Farm that will blow your socks off. The spacious grounds are covered with well groomed fields and gardens, and there are several buildings that allow for getting ready and overnight stays. The venue can accommodate a Washington camp wedding of 250 guests and also has lodging for 30 people. If you want more to stay onsite to celebrate into the night, no problem, they do allow pop-up glamping or camping for your wedding guests as well

Skalitude Retreat - Carton, WA

When the locals swear by a location, you know it has to be good. Skalitude Retreat & Education Center offers views, all the fresh air feels and camp-out/tent options for events (with certain time limitations), checking off all the boxes for the sleepover under the stars style wedding. It has space and vistas to spare sitting on 160 acres of its own property lines, but also looking out onto thousands of acres of National Forest wildlands. Private perfection.

AYH Ranch - Vashon, WA

The only legal campground on Vashon Island, The AYH Ranch will provide you with an amazing space for a true camping wedding. The property has a rustic western theme and many amenities for you and your guests to enjoy onsite and is close enough to downtown if you need to grab a drink or a bite to eat.

Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman - Hoodsport, WA

Moss-carpeted terrain with towering trees that provide shade and streams of sunlight are the backdrop to the Lake Cushman serene waters. Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman is a photographer, guest and couple’s dream landscape for a getaway wedding on a classic PNW lakefront. Guests will share laughs and toasts under twinkling lights that then illuminate the dance floor for continued celebration. The location offers campsites for individuals and groups providing ample opportunities for reflection and connection.

Crockett Farm - Coupeville, WA

Crockett Farm, with its variety of indoor and outdoor space to choose from, allows flexibility and creativity for couples to craft their envisioned event. And yeah…it’s got history. The 11-acre farm was established in 1895 and the reception barn boasts the original timbers. At Crockett Farm, past meets present and plays superb host to the beginning of a couple’s future.

Jenne Farm - Coupeville, WA

As authentic as it gets, Jenne Farm in Whideby Island, WA is a working farm with many of the original structures from its construction in 1908. The quintessential white farmhouse with wrap around porch and picture windows serves as a backdrop for ceremonies and a place to congregate before and after vows. Guests can mingle in the breeze under the surrounding trees offering a relaxing yet celebratory scene. One to be remembered.

Doe Bay Resort & Retreat - Olga, WA on San Juan Islands

“Magic happens here,” is a phrase often used by visitors to Doe Bay on the San Juan Islands. Sitting on 38 acres of waterfront land, the resort offers tranquility and begs one to take deep breaths to soak in the crisp air and blue water scenes. (Speaking of soaking, the spa at Doe Bay Resort features soaking tubs that overlook a quiet cove.) Aptly named Shangri-La on the Green is an emerald paradise just an hour outside of the hustle of Seattle. The location is littered with waterfalls, babbling brooks and open spaces to explore during a weekend getaway stay. The facilities are covered and well-equipped so events can go off without a hitch, while still preserving the wild, secluded feel of an outdoor wedding.

Fort Flagler State Park Retreat Center - Nordland, WA

Fort Flagler proudly sits on the bluffs of Puget Sound, offering three dormitory-style camps for groups as well as open space for camp outs and events. Providing a unique opportunity to couples with an appreciation of national history, this location is a former United States Army fort at the northern end of Marrowstone Island. Now the 1,451 acres are well used for recreation and revelry.

Rolling Huts - Winthrop, WA

The name of this venue centers on the most distinctive element of this property…featuring six amenities-rich huts that, well, can roll if needed, are clustered together and all equipped with mountain views. On the property, there are safari style tents, campground areas and a farm house for groups to congregate and cheers as well as stay overnight if they are “not so into” the camping thing. Yes, the Rolling Huts has it all, including an on-site pizzeria bringing ample ease to a rustic-style event.

TreeHouse Point - Fall City, Washington

Did someone say treehouse! Yes, please! Picturesque and making your kid-like spirit swoon, the Treehouse Point event center and overnight retreat shows off one of the best parts of the Pacific Northwest terrain…the trees, of course! Instagram will blow up from guests posting pics of the outfitted forts and swaying bridges speckled throughout the property just 30 minutes outside of Seattle. Afraid of heights? The location will unearth the imagination yet keep guests comfortable with a range of accommodations (not just treehouses) and on-site camping opportunities.

Kelley Farm - Bonney Lake, WA

The centerpiece to the Kelley Farm property is a towering rustic yet sophisticated barn where guests raise a glass (or two) and kick the shoes off. Nestled in Bonney Lake, WA, the property is easily accessible from Tacoma and Seattle and delivers expansive views and walkable gardens for guests to meander. The farm has both indoor and outdoor platforms for ceremony and reception and the staff is all about personally crafting the envisioned event.

Wallace Falls Lodge - Gold Bar, WA

A country style wedding could find no better location than Wallace Falls Lodge, with a 10 bedroom lodge, hiking trails to waterfalls, and a large wedding tent for an outdoor wedding in any weather. Outside caterers and food trucks are welcome. Invite your guests to come and stay for a weekend wedding festival in a natural, quiet and secluded forest.

The Five2Five provides the perfect blend of rustic surroundings and refined details for indoor or outdoor weddings. Your wedding party will enjoy the elegant Bridal Suite with a mirrored ceiling for hair and makeup and picture rail along the walls to hang gowns. And the guys will be right at home in the quaint Cottage secluded in a corner of the property where they can enjoy darts and horseshoes. But the centerpiece of the venue is a beautiful floor to ceiling river rock fireplace.

American Homestead - Naches, WA

The cabin and bunkhouse are surrounded by the Naches River and high desert hills, with a wide open field that makes for a unique ceremony backdrop, along with a stunning landscape for your guest campsite.
