Are these accessories compatible with all bell tent models?
All accessories listed are compatible with Life inTents branded bell tents. While most should work with other models, it's best to check individual product descriptions for specific compatibility.
Is a tent repair kit necessary, and what does it typically include?
A tent repair kit is recommended for addressing minor damages on your bell tent. It usually includes patches, adhesive, thread, and sometimes a small tool for quick fixes.
How do I determine the right size of accessories for my specific bell tent model?
Most accessories, such as rugs and tarps, come in 4M (13 ft), 5M (16ft) and 6M (19ft) to easily match up to your specific tent. Feel free to contact Life inTents customer service to ensure you select the correct size accessories, or simply check the specs on the specific product page.
Do I need to anchor my bell tent tarp footprint?
While all tarps do have loops for pegs to hold in place, it is not necessary to use them while a tent is on top. The weight of the bell tent will keep the tarp in place and it is just an extra step that is unnecessary.
Are Bell Tent Fly covers really necessary?
Quick answer: maybe. While Life inTents bell tents are pre-treated with waterproofing and mold resistance, a rain fly is a relatively inexpensive accessory that will add years to the life of your bell tent. Flys can be put on or taken off when needed and provide extra shade in the summer, rain and snow protection in the winter, and will protect your canvas from dirt, bird droppings, and tree sap. They also anchor to the same stake points of the tent, so no extra equipment is needed!
Can I use a Rain Fly while using a stove pipe?
Quick answer: maybe. We do not add stove holes to our fly covers because the material of a fly is not technically fire resistant. One could attempt to mark where they would want a hole in their fly and add a stove jack or have a professional sew a square hole that your stove pipe could easily fit through. Such customizations might work, but would void our warranty.
Are these accessories designed for all-season use?
Many accessories are designed for year-round use, but always check the product specifications for any seasonal limitations.
Does Life inTents offer any bundles or kits that include multiple accessories?
Yes, while purchasing a tent, there will be specific accessories highlighted that may be included in a bundle or recommendations of bell tent accessories that will enhance your camping experience.
Weāll periodically share inspiration, bell tent releases, special offers, and event notifications with ya.
