At Life InTents, we design and sell luxury camping tents and gear for comfortable outdoor experience. Our cotton canvas bell tents are the toughest and most elegant tents on the market, making them perfect for glamping businesses, overland expeditions, backyard guest houses, and hunting tents.

Our adventure started with our engagement in 2011 that we parlayed into an opportunity to explore the world together. We became inTENT on helping others to disconnect from the comforts of daily routines - to embrace challenges of an uncommon and meaningful path. We then shared our home, our VW van, and now our bell tents for a greater purpose: to spread Joy, Comfort, and Connection throughout the land.

While we can’t take credit for inventing portable camping tents (that gratitude goes to the Indigenous nomadic tribes), we do take pride in making tents to be more durable, comfortable and elegant.

We performed extensive field tests by setting up camp for hundreds of glampers in the wild Pacific Northwest. Then we got to work designing a canvas bell tent that will both stand up to mother nature and stand out on social feeds.

We source the heaviest (most durable) and brightest (most elegant) cotton canvas, double stitch our seams, add waterproofing, mold resistance, and fire retardancy so that these canvas tents will last.

WHY WE DO IT

A Little Story About Us

We were on a whirlwind, poor as a pauper, tour around the world, having traditional noodles in Bangkok. We were wayward gypsies, relishing the freedom and curiosity that comes with careening through culture after culture. We were young, in love, leaning on each other.

"Through this journey, we realized that joy, growth, purpose and connection - the real good sh!$ - comes when you take the time to disconnect from the comforts of daily routines and embrace challenges of the uncertain path."

Our biggest questions and defined intentions continue to reveal themselves whenever we hit the road for most adventures. We said, "Let's keep doing this as much as we can, whenever, and wherever. And let’s help to share this with others. We will call it our "Life in Tents"!"

All of the above comes when you gather with friends and family to celebrate, to explore, to just be, to talk, to dance. Best to do it on the road, under the stars, around a campfire!
